3. User Accounts

To access certain features of BillionGreet, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.
• Ensuring that all information provided in your profile is accurate and up to date.

BillionGreet reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are used inappropriately.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or upload to the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"). By posting content, you guarantee that:

• You are the copyright holder or have the necessary permissions to share such content.
• The content does not infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties.
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal.

BillionGreet reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any User Content that we consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

5. Child Safety Standards

At BillionGreet, we are firmly committed to the protection of minors and the prevention of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Our platform adheres to all child safety requirements mandated by Google Play and applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

BillionGreet is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillionGreet shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, income, opportunities, or reputation as a result of using the Platform.
• Errors, interruptions, viruses, or technical failures that may affect the operation of the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of BillionGreet after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

BillionGreet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate use of the Platform. In the event of termination, your rights to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any dispute or claim related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lima, Peru, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
